If you don’t enhance your protection you will not be covered in the event your item is damaged accidentally. Accidents frequently happen and can be costly if you are not fully protected.

Unlimited repairs
If you don’t enhance your cover you will only have basic protection and won’t have unlimited repairs for the lifetime of the item.

Note: Your standard guarantee only covers repairs to the product required as a result of faulty materials or manufacturing defects.

All repairs and replacements are subject to approval in line with the Terms and Conditions of the plan. The plan operates on a discretionary basis which means that Service Box will exercise its discretion, acting reasonably, when it comes to any requests for repairs and replacements. In exercising our discretion, we take pride in treating customers reasonably and fairly. The main exclusions are cosmetic damage, malicious damage and indirect costs related to a breakdown.
